The event was grounded in celebrating Brooklyn and its countless contributions to New York and the world at large, honoring basketball, the love of the game, and the joy of participating in it. It was held at SEED Brooklyn, a Black-owned, multifaceted boutique that centers its space around technology, fashion, Web3, art, and sports culture. We partnered with a local designer to create custom jackets as giveaways, along with a number of other unique pieces. The event also featured a video game lounge, immersive 3D projection mapping, and a live DJ.
